1. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Time frame

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at marcella@marcellaacosta.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only are available at this time.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the stated time frame and follow the exchange process outlined above.
